    Hello,

We are using the latest version of the Air theme, Version: 2.1.0 and have the latest wordpress code. Our ability to create pages is almost impossible. Adding images seems to be the problem. We get no response for the first half-minute after adding an image to a page and then a page non-responsive message asking if we want to cancel or wait. See message here: https://monosnap.com/file/tEgI3ciEgdLj8yKmZbONhsQmU5z7FI. This happens whether we use svg or jpg, and it happens whether we use Air theme’s page builder or the stock wordpress builder.

I have tried switching to another theme and the problem remains. I have tried disabling page builder plugin as well as the SVG plug-in after I switch to another theme (both plugins come with the theme) and I still get the same page non-responsive message.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi there,
    Welcome to SeaTheme forum.

What’s the image file size what you uploaded? It may have triggered the maximum upload file size limit of you webserver. Please try to upload a small size JPG file to check if it works. Or stop all other plugins to check if it works.

If it doesn’t work still, may I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”?

ps: I cannot download your file of the monosnap url what you pasted.

    Regards!

    Hi,

I checked your WordPress and found the issue. It may be caused by a misconfigured system environment. I found the 2 things what may cause it in Site Health Status:

But I don’t know and googled a way to fix it, please contact your website server host supplier to solve it.
Or try to re-install WordPress to check if it works.

    Regards!
