Upload font doesn’t work

Hi,

I am trying to upload a custom font, but experiencing issues. This was my process:

– I uploaded the font by following instructions, found in the documentation for BM Font Manager, and called it “Agrandir”. You can clearly see what the font is meant to look like from the preview.

– I then opened my Home page and BM builder to edit it
– I selected the text that I want to edit (my name and a tagline) and then clicked on Font Style -> Font Family -> Agrandir
– Strangely, font does change, but not to the one that I need it to.

I have tested the following font on my local computer and can confirm that the issue is not with the font file itself.
I have also tried to delete and re-upload, clear cache, and play around with options in Font Assignment section, but nothing changes.

Hi there,
Welcome to SeaTheme forum.

1. Please check the font file format is woff2 on the 1st box.
2. Make sure the URL is https instead of http. https://www.dropbox.com/s/fkeqm23grq2js3t/WX20230403-203721.png?dl=0
The mix-conent issue happens on a SSLed wordpress, it will affect other issues also. Please install this plugin to resolve it. https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Looks like the font is in .otf format, which I believe still should be supported on most browsers? Which line can I upload the .otf font to?

Hi,
There is no otf uploader. You can turn the otf format to woff2 and upload the woff2 via the 1st uploader.(or woff via 2nd uploader). It works on most of browsers. I fixed it for the Agrandir font.

ps:
Please remove the unuseful fonts on Font Fonts Definition. It affects webpage speed.
