When making any kind of changes inside the web, or browsing, or trying to save anything (in general and also inside the editor) the web stays loading indefinitely and doesn’t move on from there. Moreover, if we try to reload the page it crashes, we do it a few more times until it works again, and then, maybe, it lets us save the changes. Is there a solution to this?

I cannot visit the log in(the login box does not show). It shows:Ha habido un error crítico en esta web. Por favor, comprueba la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico del administrador de tu sitio para obtener instrucciones.
Please try to use the private mode of your browser, visit https://msarq.eu/wp-admin/
Check if there is the same issue.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookJanuary 29, 2024 at 7:16 am #30433I told you it crashed constantly, this is the message that shows up when it crashes. If you refresh it, it lets you do things inside, it will crash again, just reload the page again until it works, why do you think we wrote the ticket? This doesn’t happen with any other theme we have worked with.
The message that shows up says:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email inbox for instructions. But there is no message on the administrator’s email.
And of course the same issue keeps happening, can you offer any kind of solution? Know where to look in order to stop this message from appearing?January 30, 2024 at 2:17 am #30435Hi,
If you google “There has been a critical error on this website“, there are some results. like this one
You can “Turn On Debugging in WordPress” follow the above link. We need to find the reason firstly.
If you don’t know how to do still, please leave your website host FTP account by picking up “Set as private reply”. I will help yo to config it.
Regards!

Try it this way, but we can acces the hosting, if it does not work we will ask them what the problem is.
March 15, 2024 at 11:52 am #30582I confirmed that I am using FTP instead of FTP SSL and I tried several times. Still can’t log in.
Please check with the customer service of your website hosting provider to see if there are any login restrictions, such as geographical restrictions. Please try to turn off these settings if possible.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookMarch 18, 2024 at 12:14 pm #30591We have asked the hosting’s customer service, they have rebooted the FTP. They ask us to check if you still can’t login, and if you can’t then please provide the IP direction that you are working on, just in case it may be blocked, and we will call them again.
