Templates don’t insert

Hello there,
Templates don’t insert and the theme makes WP incredibly slow.
I am been very frustrated with this theme since the beginning is been horrible to install, slow to do anything and very time-consuming.
Can you help me to be able to use the theme I purchase, please?

Please give me more tips. Is showing always “Processing” on Inserting Template? Better paste a screenshot, thanks

I have logged into your WordPress and checked your website. I can insert a simple layout, so it appears that the issue would be caused by timeouts. Please try to increase the ‘max_execution_time’ option as much as possible (for example, up to 410). Please note that this option cannot be adjusted in the WordPress wp-admin and needs to be set in the host server cPanel.

The way of setup is different for different server suppliers. Please refer to the guide to config , or contact your webspace support team to help you modify this configuration.
