“Site Identity” disappered

Hello,
I purchased the ART template and after a rough start, I was able to understand how the template works and how to use it.
I created my Home page, I started to add some content, and I wanted to Customize the appearance of the site (Change Logo, Add Favicon etc.) The “Site Identity” option in Appearance -> Customize has disappeared. I only have the Widgets option.

I probably messed something up while trying to understand how to use the template. Is there a way to restore the theme’s options without having to restart the site? I have created some pages, modified other existing pages, and created multiple posts/portfolios and I don’t want to start over.

I also tried to delete and reinstall the Theme by following this guide, but nothing has changed.

Please tell me if the page you created disappeared or if the content on the page disappeared. Please check if the BM Content Builder plugin is activated
ps: If you want to set logo and other global options, please go to theme option panels (Art theme/Theme options).

I tried to disable the BM Content Builder plugin and activate it again and it seems to have solved the issue.
