shortcode

Hello there,
when I put shortcode in a Text module inside a Portfolio item the page will not load at all.
I put it in the “text” tab in the editor.
What’s wrong?
My site is not online yet as this concerns my privacy page.
Can you give me general instructions?

It can be caused by various reasons and I need to test.
Is this code from a plugin? What is the plugin? If it’s a free plugin, please post the link.

Hi, it is the [imprint] and [privacy_policy] shortcode.
When I put this in BM Content Builder in a Text Block it shows the shortcode instead of the content which should load.

Update!
I put it a Text Block without BM Content Builder in wordpress.
This seems to work.

I know this is a new topic but maybe you can tell me where/ how to change the “+” that turns to “x” underneath Portfolio items which shows the other items. I cannot find any setting for this.

Please define “Bottom Section for Single Portfolio” on theme options (check)
