Problem with anchors on the same page.

Hi.
After updating the theme my anchors in the same page do not work anymore, but go to the last page visited.
For example if : https://garbocomics.com/#acquisita or https://garbocomics.com#acquisita , it goes to the last page visited and not to #acquisita in the same page
What solution do you suggest?

Did you find the issue on other browser except for Chrome?
It should be a bug(maybe a feature also) of Chrome: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=24367985

We will add some codes to force it scrolls to the anchor when page is reloading in next update(after 1-2 days).

the problem is not related to the browser but to the theme.
(it’s working by changing the theme)

I don’t know what the theme you turned to. Maybe the theme have handled the issue.

You will find it can scroll to the correct anchor at 1st opening, but it cannot scroll the correct position at 2nd/3rd page reloading. It means that Amazon does not handle it and follow the defalut “rule”(or bug) of the Chrome.

We will add some codes to force it scrolls to the anchor when page is reloading in next update(after 1-2 days). Please check if it is fixed on your website.

IS I told you, anchors within the same page are not working.
You can test with https://garbocomics.com/#acquisita or https://garbocomics.com#acquisita , it goes to the last page visited and not to #acquisita in the same page
