mix-blend-mode in the menu and on text

Hey guys, I’m currently trying to customize parts of the font and menu using custom CSS with “mix-blend-mode: difference;”.

The goal is for the menu to change colors when scrolling over images, for example. The header/navigation is also set to transparent, but it’s not working.
It shouldn’t be a big deal, really.
I’m also trying to apply the effect to the class .word-show-inn {}, but without success. Can anyone help?
