Masonry Grid – doen”t fill full pageafter selection

Hello,
let’s say we have masonry grid on the home page with filters actives.
There are 9 porfolio.
We have organised to have 3 lines of 3 squares.
Then you click on a filter.
The masonry reorganise but in lines of 2 squares.
Can you please help ?
