Issue embedding fullscreen video via template

I am facing an issue where I want to embed a fullscreen video. I used the Fullscreen Video template under Sections via Insert Template. The video is displayed in editing mode, but not in the preview or when I publish the page.

What can I do?

Please check if the video file URL is correct. You can paste this file URL into the address bar of your browser to verify if the video can be played. If your website implements address security encryption(SSL), the address should start with “https” instead of “http”.

If it doesn’t work, may I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”?

Thank you for your support. It works. But now I have another issue. I’m not sure if it’s related. Now I can’t upload video files larger than 2MB. Otherwise, I receive a vague error message. Do you have any idea what the issue could be?

Today, the issue does not appear anymore. Maybe it is related to something different.
