Is it possible to make a sticky header only in mobile?

Hi there – Is it possible to make the Header Bar Sticky “always sticky” only in mobile, and keep Header Bar Sticky “none” in desktop?

That’s find, then i’ve have to choose one way or another right?
If i go throught with the Sticky header for both desktop and mobile. It’s seem like in “Desktop Sub-Menu”, when i scroll down for a while and click to open sub-menu, the sup menu in sticky header bar (desktop mode) appear with a transparent void between menu lists, not clean and clear like when i click sub menu on top of site. Do you have any suggestion?

Do you mean adding an item or sub lists under the list(Projects)? The list will be with scrollbar if there are too many items by the above custom CSS.
