Image quality is really bad

When i upload the images to the template, the quality is really bad. How can i fix this? I am now using the home3-tab-slider Arnold minimal wordpress theme .

Hi there,
Welcome to SeaTheme forum.
Please go to Arnold Theme>General, disable “Image LazyLoad” option.
It will display the original size of the picture, so make sure you don’t upload pictures of too large a size or the page will load slowly.

Thanks it works! I have another question. How can I change the font size of the menu items? And I want to use my default logo in the expanded panel, where can I manage that?

Go to Fonts Management > Fonts Assignment, click Menu tab to set it.
