How do I make button a solid colour instead of transparent?

Currently my buttons on the contact form (click hamburger to see) are the same colour as background – #ff7fb9 with a #57233f border. I would like to change this so the mouse off button is a #57233f fill with a #57233f border.

Hi,
I not sure what is “mouse off ” status.
If it is for the default status, please use the CSS:

.contactform .btn-mod-wrap {
    border-color: #57233f!important;
    background-color: #57233f;
}

If it is for the mouseover status, please use the CSS:

.contactform .btn-mod-wrap:hover {
    border-color: #57233f!important;
    background-color: #57233f!important;
}
