Plz add the custom CSS codes(Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS):

.menu li > a:hover,.filters-a:hover,.copyright a:hover, .footer-info a:hover, .footer-info .socialmeida-a:hover { 
    text-decoration: line-through;
}

ps:
It only works with most linked texts, if any of them don’t work, list them (preferably with links to the pages where the text is located)
It should be noted that it will not work on ‘category’ items, because you asked in another post that ‘category’ item cannot be clicked, so it will not have a mouse effect.
