Welcome to SeaTheme forum.

It is not possible. But you can use the code snipe by one Text module(pasted into by code mode):

<p style="text-align: center; position: relative; display: flex; align-items: center; justify-content: center;"><span style="font-size: 50px;">This is a Text</span><span style="font-size: 120px; z-index:-1; opacity:0.5; margin-left: -18px;;margin-top: 10px; line-height: 1; ">“</span></p>

You can adjust the spacing by margin-left or margin-top.
