Footer on mobile not applied

I tried to make the font bigger in the footer. I used the widget instead of text in order to do that because I couldn’t find the option to do so inside the text.
I have to modify the footer for the phone because the text appears divided in order to fit horizontally. I tried to set the footer vertical for phones, and also deactivated the option to go to the top, but after saving the options, it doesn’t change anything on my mobile.
How can I do that?

Please check whether there is an option for cache (or webpage loading speed) in your WordPress or host cPanel, and please disable it and check again. If it still doesn’t work, I think I need to request to view your WordPress. If you allow it, please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”

thanks a lot. I completely forgot to try to empty the cache, sorry. It worked just right after doing that.
