Hi there,
First of all, I must say that I’m quite ignorant to WordPress. I’m managing a very simple website for a film director who wants to showcase the film she’s done. All I need is a simple homepage with a gallery of thumbnails, and when you click on a thumbnail, you get a new page that shows the details for that one project. There’s also an About page and a Contact page, and that’s pretty much it.Up to now I was using another template, but this template stopped working with the last WordPress update. So I figured out I’d try yours, as I really liked the “Design Agency C” demo, which I proceeded to install.
The problem is, I create a portfolio like explained in your documentation, but I just can’t seem to have my portfolios show on the homepage. I also cannot seem to recover all the portfolios I’d actually created for my old version. The About and Contact pages are hidden as well. I cannot edit the header menu to show the pages I want. All of it is extremely cryptical and unpractical for someone like me looking for a simple, straight forward use.
Also my questions are:
How do you get my “portfolios” to show on the homepage?
How do I edit the items in the header menu? Here’s my page: https://www.clementinedecremps.com/
Thank you in advance for your reply, I really liked your design and I hope we can make this work out!

Welcome to SeaTheme forum.I also cannot seem to recover all the portfolios I’d actually created for my old version. The About and Contact pages are hidden as well.
If the content is built by a special type post(like portfolio), page layout, or different page builder. The content are usually invisible if it turns to a new theme, which is normal. Because different themes support different content(different layouts options, meta names, builder, etc.). You need to re-build the single portfolios and pages(about/contact…) based on ART theme.

So I followed the instructions and managed to edit the menu like I wanted, and created a couple of “portfolios” or projects, and a “main portfolio” page that has the 2 projects I’ve created: https://www.clementinedecremps.com/portfolio/
The only issue I have now is: how do I get the index page to be my portfolio? And every time you click on the name of the website in the top left corner, you should land on that index page/project list.
Cheers,
