Thanks, I checked your website. I found both Air version1 and version 2 on your wordpress. Please notice the content what built on version1 cannot be edited on version2. If you only want to update theme, please disable version2 and BM content builder and check the guide to update >> [Version 1 Update guide(for Existing users)].
If you want to use the version2, please disable BM pagebuilder/BM slider/BM shortcode plugins. I have disabled the 3 plugins, the issue is solved.
