BM Content Builder button keeps disappearing.

Hi there, the BM content builder button has been disappearing for me for years. Sometimes it’s been there on some pages, but not others, and I’ve tried all the suggestions given to previous posters who have had this problem. In the past, deleting all the plug-ins worked, for example. But this time around nothing seems to work. I’ve deactivated all plugins, I’ve updated the theme and WordPress itself, I’ve done the manual update of the theme as well. The BM content builder button is gone from all pages now, so I can’t update any of my content.

Please confirm whether the BM plugin has been updated. It requires a manual click to install. This is a common problem.

If it does not work, may I check your WordPress? Please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”if you permit it.

I checked your WPadmin, and the versions of ART theme and BM plugin are quite old. You said you have updated the theme. I suspect you might be using the old installation file. You need to download the new installation file from TF.
