hi Seatheme,
I encounter a bug when I want to modify a portfolio created with BM Builder.
The button is not displayed (even after an update – update plugin BM builder).
It is displayed in alletory even after emptying the cache.
It works with pages but not portolios (all)
thank you for getting back to me quickly, it is problematic especially when presenting the backoffice to the client)

Welcome to SeaTheme forum.Please stop all other plugins to check if it works.
If it doesn’t work, may I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”?

I opened 10+ times, and did not reproduce it. I used Chrome.
You can try to:
– clean your browser cache
– If there is a firewall app or options on your computer, stop it to test
– change a computer to test
– stop all plugins excerpt for BM content builder to testIf there is still the issue, please follow the 2 screenshots to check if there is the errors by Chrome Dev tool when the issue comes:

no error in the consolewhen i refresh with ctrl + F5 many times the button DM Buidler appear …
Ad when i return to the summary portfolio an return tto the portfolio post same problem…

I found the issue on private mode of Chrome. I have tested it and there is no problem after uploading a new plugin version on your WordPress. Please check if it is fixed on your browser.
