We purchase some months ago the Arnold Theme (version 2.6.0).
We are trying to import the demo files (1+3+6+8) and it’s not working, only the images are being uploaded, but no pages, articles, nothing. We did all as advised, but something is not functioning, because only the image placeholders are being uploaded to the media library.
What can you do to assist us?

I checked your website, I found the issues in the importing tool running. It should be due to some server limitation
Can you leave the website host FTP account? I will try to import it another way. And it will reset all content of your website, is that OK?

I have found the coming soon page works now. I think the cache cause the issue, you can stop all speed plugins(WP-Optimize…) or options, it is not necessary for now, after all the website is not yet operational, it will still bother you when you update the code or content.
