Air – Demo not working

Hello,

I’ve purchased the Air theme and tried to import ‘Freelance’ demo however it wouldn’t import it properly.
I even reset my site with WP reset and the problem is still there, it’s actually even worse.
I’ve tried importing other demos and it’s the same thing.

Hi,

Follow Steps:

1. login your FTP, go to your wordpress website folder, find the wp-config.php and backup it (clone it to your local)

2. download the file, unzip it, you will get 2 files:

installer.php
20230324_freelancerwordpresstheme_xxxx_archive.zip

upload the 2 files to your website root folder via FTP or cPanel

3. open your browser, visit: https://your-site-domain-name.com/installer.php
then it will enter a install guide interface, and there are several steps

2)next: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vrpe867kvzx5o1h/WX20230325-000326.png?dl=0
3)importing: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a67dj67oe0jb6n2/WX20230325-000503.png?dl=0
4)login admin: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5o7kn4pg0uaurgb/WX20230325-000533.png?dl=0
username: admin
password:123456

4. create a new user, and delete the admin user(it will tip you move the exiting posts to the new user)

5.please note that the placeholder images(colorful images) replace the demo pictures. You could replace them as your own images: https://doc.seatheme.net/theme/air/installation-air/install-air-wordpress-theme/#replace-the-placeholders

Note: Please make there is no useful content on your current website. It will reset all content.

How do I import demo content? I’ve installed the template and all needed plugins but the site is just empty and all of the pages are broken right now.
