I have watched the sample video on installing and choosing an Adobe font. I have entered my Adobe font kit API and kit ID correctly. When I click the submit button (next to the Enter Kit ID field), nothing happens. The Adobe fonts in my kit do not load into a list to choose from. Examining the console code in Firefox, it appears that once the submit button is clicked, the admin-ajax.php file returns a 403 error. Please advise.

There are many possible causes for this admin-ajax 403 issue. I need to know the exact cause. Please install the Error Log Monitor plugin (refer to this tutorial) and check the specific log information.

I am not allowing wp-admin access.
I have tried other Adobe font-related plugins, and after entering my Kit ID and key, they appear to connect and work fine, allowing for font customizations.
