I checked your website, there is an extra code here, it disables the CSS opacity.
Please stop all non-BM plugins or CDN settings to check if it works. If it works, it should be caused by a plugin or CDN, you can use the below custom CSS to fix this issue, but it may cause other issues. So the 1st thing is find the reason.
Paste the custom CSS code to “Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS”

--maskOpacity: 0!important;
}
