WordPress ART Theme / BM Builder “array_unique() expects parameter 1…”

ART WordPress Theme installed under WordPress 5.8, PHP 7.4. If BM Builder ist activated, each page shows the warning “Warning: array_unique() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given” in bm-builder/ux-content-builder.php line 634. This warning appears since PHP 7.4. (Note that in PHP 8 this will be marked as an an error instead of a warning.)
The bug seems to have been introduced with BM Builder 3.9.7. The offending line is not contained in BM Builder 3.9.6.
Please advise.

There is a quick fixing solution here:
– Go to Plugins>Plugin editor, edit bm-builder/ux-content-builder.php
– Add the codes in line615: $moduleFontAssignment = array();
