Which version of WPML should I get?

Dear urmyfriend,

Again, great theme!
I am developing a site for a friend’s company, and he wants a bilingual site. I am using many blocks and modules from your Bee theme, and widgets in sidebar from some third parties.

So, which version of WPML translation plugin should I buy?
There are two versions:
Basic, with Translate widgets, not available; and Translate texts in theme and plugins admin, not available
Advanced, with Translate widgets, available; and Translate texts in theme and plugins admin, available

Please, since you developed this theme, I want your advice. I want to make sure that every bit of text in all modules/blocks from your theme, content inside of them, specially, etc, is translated.
