What template is used on Arnold home8 page

I’d like to make a page similar to the Arnold template home8 page : https://seatheme.net/wp/arnold/home8/
What template is used ? I can’t seem to make anything similar.

Hi,

The demo8 is created by “Custom Grid portfolio”.

But I suggest you use “Masonry Grid portfolio”, it is more flexible set with one column.
To make the portfolio list narrow with custom CSS(“Appearance > Customize : Additional CSS”):

.container-masonry { max-width: 800px; }
