Two lines title overlapped in Post page on mobile

Hi, I increased the size of the text in Post title, and it looks great so far. The problem comes when I check it on mobile. When title is too long, it breaks in two lines, but these two lines are overlapped. Also, when the word is too long, it does not even appear entirely on the mobile screen, it is just displayed, part of the word, like it happens here: http://www.iso-typo.com/prueba/slaughterhouse-5/

Any solution for that?
