Theme Hover and Fonts Defaulting in Database

Hi,

Recently our database was accidentally overwritten, and when we restored to the most recent backup, we started experiencing really strange issues with the theme. The font for the headlines is saying in the dashboard that it is the correct font, but on the live site it is displaying a different font. It is also displaying the color we would like in the dashboard, but on the live site it is displaying the default color. We have tried restoring this site multiple times and no matter what we do, the site still displays these errors. Even when the staging site is showing absolutely perfectly, once we move it to the domain name it starts displaying this issue. I have tried everything I can think of!!

Which font on your theme option?
