Text block insert not working, continual loading.

Hi. When I insert a text block onto any page a new window opens which usually has all the tools for adding text. Instead I am having the issue that the window opens but is continually loading (just the spinning loading icon). I am therefore unable to add text. It was working previously, what could be the issue?

Hi,

It should be caused by the WP5.5 update.
Please update both the ART theme and BM content builder to the latest version to fix it.

Hi,
I had the same issue, even after updating everything:

WP5.5
Art Theme 3.2.9.2
BM Content Builder 3.6.7

Installing the “Test jQuery Updates” – Plugin solved it with the following settings:
jQuery version: Default
jQuery Migrate: Enable
jQuery UI version: 1.12.1

(it did NOT work with jQuery UI version: Default as recommended under the link below)

The BM Content Builder should be 3.6.7.1
Please go to Plugins if the Art is updated 3.2.9.2, find BM Content Builder, there should be an update link.

ps: the jQuery UI version should be with the default option.
