SVG Page Scrolling doesn’t work

Hello,
I tried to replicate the arrow on your demo page (https://sea.uiueux.com/blog/blog-b) with Page Scrolling, but I couldn’t.
I uploaded an arrow in SVG format.
I selected Page Scrolling with Scroll Down 100% but clicking on the arrow nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

Please go to Appearance > Theme Editor, select Art theme, edit /js/custom.theme.js,
find line 666:
