Split: NON-EXISTENT IMAGES DISPLAY

Hi,

I have the same/similar problem.

I tried to upload just a few images. The images are showing in the BM Content Builder but when I go to the browser there are no images, instead, a title text appears. I have tried different browsers, same result. I have cleared the cache several times just to be sure.

I have also a typeface issue. I uploaded the Google font: Inter (variable font). It is showing well in the browser but in the BM Content Builder, it goes back to Helvetica which I chose to be the fallback font.

Thanks for the help in advance. I’m a new user of this theme.

Hi,

It should work now, it’s caused by SSL, SSL is not completed on your website, the image and font file URLs were still with HTTP, they are HTTPS now. Or the browser can not show HTTP resources.
