Split line above module

Hi,
here I come with another issue:
I tried applying the new “Split line” which you introduced in ART Theme 3.5.0 .

In my case the line appears only if I enter a value in the Length field. If I leave it empty there is no line at all, not 100% width as indicated. I am running a test here:

There’s a 200px wide red line above “Website” on the left.
There should be a 100% line above “Photographs” – which does not appear.

Manually setting the line to container works at full width but is not dynamic when the window is too narrow.

(I want to use this function for my other site https://igaf.ch/ where I created lines via css above all h1 and h2 titles – which is not ideal. Am running the test on arielhuber.net as I want to avoid conflicts between the css-lines and BM Content Builder -lines…)

There should be a 100% line above “Photographs” – which does not appear.
