shortcodes in sidebar

Hello!
I have 3 problems:
• The shortcodes aren’t working in the sidebar. No icons etc. are shown. Only see text of icon…
• Google module is not working! When entering a new address an error occurs :-(((((
• columns created are not shown.

Please can you help me with these problems.

Could you give more tips? Pagebuilder or Shortcoder?
