SEO issues for Bee

I love the Bee theme but I have some SEO issues and I want to make it much faster.

When I run https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights it complains:
Remove JavaScript and CSS code that block the rendering of the content above the fold.

Some examples

layerslider.css
/contact-form-7/includes/css/styles.cc
/themes/default/jquery.lightbox.css
style.css
bootstrap.css
functions/theme/theme-style.php
and several Google fonts

Is there some easy way to change this to improve speed?

I have addes that plugin but it did not help with this problem. I still have the same speed problems.

My ISP does not recommend total cache. Is it some way I can move css and javascript to the footer instead of the header without loosing functionality?

I suggest you install the plugin to make a test at least. If it works(we need to know the result of test, paste your page url please), we could try to find other solution.

I tried total cache today it and the speed was faster. It worked perfectly until I discovered “White Screen of Death” on the post pages so I needed to uninstall.

Problem with total cache is solved with a lot of experiment since it was a conflict with Cloudflare minify. Now it workks with total cache and I needed to install a plugin for cloudflare. Hovewever still problem with several javascript and css over the fold according to Google Page speed.
