qtranslate-x and PB (page builder) issues

I’m trying to have different content in two languages but the text within the PB cannot be translated so won’t change according to language selection leading to annoying situation (contact page).
While trying to disable PB there is absolutely no code shown into editor and saving the page this way leads to ‘no content’ for that section.
I saw that the theme is somehow “WPML ready” but we cannot ask the customer to pay the freaking 200$ for that bloody plugin and couldn’t install even in ‘basic’ version to test it 😐
So, my question is: how can we have the PB accepting content variations ?

The solution to use for PB base on the Doc of qtranslateX :
Please edit the text with this format:
[:en]English Text[:de]Deutsch Text[:]

Thanks a lot @bwsm ! I almost manage to do it before but didn’t caught the entire text inside brackets but writing for each language then close the bracket [:] for each one of them.
It works also with Contact7 using the same format. At this point didn’t face yet areas where it won’t work (not tested on sliders/portfolios yet) but I’ll dare to get back to this topic if needed.
