Problems accessing the "Theone" settings button – makes wordpress install glitch

Dear uiueux team, we installed the The One wordpress theme, but we can’t access the “Theone” settings button on the wordpress dashboard menu, when we click on it, it just keeps loading for 5+ minutes and eventually crashes the whole website all the way down to the hosting settings, preventing us from even accessing our wordpress install. After about 10 minutes the whole wordpress install will automatically restore itself, but the Theone settings button will remain non operational and glitchy.

So we don’t have access to any of the core features of the theme.

We’ve tried reinstalling wordpress through both the upload install option and also the envato instal plugin.

Please advice, we are in urgent need of building our site and making it live.

Please check the 3 MySQL settings in wp-config.php

Hi, the format is right, you should double check the database information if is right.

FW: I checked your site again, it is fine now, is it?
