Problem with mobile website responsiveness

Hello,
I have been trying to set up a responsive version of my website with your Art Theme (by Sea Theme). I have hosted my main website (on which everything works fine on mobile as you can see bellow)

And I also set-up a backup version, on which I always implement my changes before putting them on my main website. I set up everything the same way as on my main website but no changes are working on mobile version. When I checked my console I even saw that the mobile classes do not appear. I have set up everything right however. (screenshots in link below). I also tried to deactivate the plugins that are different from one site to another… Can you please help me ?
