Dear Sir/Madam,
I baught your beautiful theme, I have activated woocommerce and I am trying to build product pages using elementor Pro’s blocks and templates. The problem is that when I insert certain templates for products I get a non functional page which don’t know how to manage. I get the structure shown in the template but I cannot make any changes on it, not even upload an image. Do you have any clue why this is happening? I Only get a prompt that there might be an issue with my template but I tried activating the simple ones from wordpress and I had the same issue. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you for purchasing our theme.
Did you talk about the single product or products list page?
Regards!

Please let me understand your question first.
Did you mean that the question is about the single product page created by the Elementor?Best Regards

I checked your website, I found the page 6 in the Pages tab. The Page is not for creating the single product.
Please try to use Product > Add new to create a single product page.Best
April 25, 2020 at 5:15 pm #21064Hi there,
Thanks for the advice, I did follow it but there seems to be the same problem. I added a Product page going from Product > Add New and tried to edit it with elementor using an Elementor block. For some fields I get this prompt “The style of this widget is often affected by your theme and plugins. If you experience any such issue, try to switch to a basic theme and deactivate related plugins” while others, the ones I edited before choosing the elementor as an editor, are working properly. You can see yourself the issue
You can enter the products and check the first one, MANTILITY SCARF AFRICA for example. I don’t know how to handle the issue and of course I don’t want to switch themes in order to make elementor work properly. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,

1. You could choose the image from the media library(source: media library) or by category(source: post, portfolio, product).
You could create a category for the chosen items in the Masonry Grid.2. If you set source: media library, you could add a link for an image

If you set the source: post, portfolio, product, you need to install redirect plugin like
https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/3. I don’t understand this question, could you give me more tips?
4. It is not possible to delete the image for source: post, portfolio, product

3. The items(images) in the Masonry Grid is set by drag/drop editor, refer to https://doc.seatheme.net/sea-content-builder-plugin/masonry-grid-layout-editor/
… couple of more questions:
2. I remove the text “Premium design applications from Greece” in the WP block editor. It causes the blank3. It isn’t possible to set a different open target(lightbox, open url).
There are 3 images, you could set a Single Image and a Grid(2 images) to build this layout4. There isn’t onepage scroll option in Sea theme for now, but you could try to use this custom CSS(“Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS”)
html, body.home { scroll-behavior: smooth; }

I have just realized another issue on a certain page that I do not know how to resolve and I would appreciate a way to resolve it. If you check the page https://lamedusastore.com/its-all-greek-on-me-2 on a mobile, you will see a layout that is not so pleasant in the last part of the page, when the blocks with the caftan images begin. I would like to have first the image, then the text in all of them and some blank space between the last image and the button. I only encounter this issue on this page and I do not know how to resolve it. Any chance you could help?
Thanks again..
