    Hi there,

First off, great theme – Really enjoying the look and feel of the new site. I am having a bit of a serious issue though.

For some reason when I go to the portfolio and try and open some of the items it just shows an infinite wheel for a long time, and then I get the error:

504 – Gatewat Timeout – This is a temporary error. Please try again

In console, this it the error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504

In terms of how I got here – I used a theme template to build the first portfolio page, then I saved that as a user template. Then I used the save user template to create the second version. So I have Project A and Project B, from which to build the portfolio.

I now can only open the original portfolio page I opened, but not the ones that I made from my saved templates.

    Appreciate your time and help.

Further to this, here is another error I can see:

2020-11-26 23:42:12 UTC [apache][:warn] [pid 13775] [client 203.206.240.19:44760] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/u632-7wyx35rvfukm/www/trystang.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-admin/post.php, referer: https://trystang.sg-host.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ux-portfolio

    Hi,
Thank you for purchasing our theme.

For some reason when I go to the portfolio and try and open some of the items it just shows an infinite wheel for a long time, and then I get the error:

Did you talk about the editing page or frontend page?
If there is Yoast SEO plugin on your website, please refer to this post to fix it: https://seatheme.net/forums/topic/the-editor-has-encountered-an-unexpected-error/

If it is not, may I check your website? Could you please send your question(this topic URL) and wp-admin(URL / username/password) to uiueux@gmail.com ?
(If there is the Jetpack plugin, please disable “Allow users to log in to this site using WordPress.com accounts”)

    Regards!
