Order of post/page display- Arnold theme, home page 7

I’ve used the template 7 as a base for my home page in Arnold theme, but want to display the posts/ pages in particular order on the page. I’ve categorised the posts and pages so the correct ones appear on the page under the selected category, however, want to have them appear in a specific order of importance (ie. not alphabetical, nor by date) but set manually to display in order of importance.Can I number the posts in a category eb. from 1-5 in order of importance so they appear in that order on the home page?

Hi,

The easiest way is to set the order by “date”.
