NO "EXERPT" IN POSTS

Hell I have ZA THEME installed for 2 different websites, I have paid for it twice for each license.

However, I am experiencing inconsistencies in the theme.

ISSUE #1: EXCERPT IN POST
In the lilytomlin.com website I have the ability to edit the “excerpt” in the post and in the thealchemistcollection.com website I have no excerpt field showing and can therefore NOT change any of the sub titles in each of the post. So I see latin excerpts on every page. I have attached a screen grab of this issue.

ISSUE #2: FULL WIDTH IMAGE
At the header of the posts page on the lilytomlin.com website, (http://www.lilytomlin.com/wordpress2/graceandfrankie/) my images extend all the way across as seen in your demo feature here:
http://ximudesign.com/za3/blog-big-image/

In the thealchemistcollection.com wordpress site the image does not extend the width of the page (http://www.thealchemistcollection.com/candicenelms/). None of the settings in the admin posts page are different (except no excerpt field).
