Menu and loading page animations

Great work Guys on this theme! It will be perfect if I will make 2 things.

1. How to remove menu animation after click? Im talking about this fast slide down animation that is a little bit tacky, the timimng is poor there.
2. Is it possible to remove this center title page between loading?
