Issue: Touch/Tap twice to open any link

Hello,

This is a strange thing i came across a few days back. On any mobile device, I have to touch/tap twice to open a link. I tried pretty much 8 different devices, all have the same characteristics. Why does this happen?

I am aware of the 300ms delay on mobile browsers, but this is something totally different.

I tested by my ipad, there isn’t the problem that you mentioned. If necessary, I’ll paste a screencast.

No its only on my website. I tried it on android tablets and phones. Even my client is facing the same problem.

Ok, I deleted the code below and touch/tap issue has been resolved. But since i deleted this, the social icons are back on the mobile menu.

z-index: 3;

I tested your site just now, the social icon is not back on menu. Did you fix it?

I deleted .ux-mobile #main-navi { z-index: 3; } and shifted the social icons to the header. But I need the social icons in the footer.

The z-index is causing the double tap problem.

I am confused what’s issue if you remove the css .ux-mobile #main-navi { z-index: 3; }, better paste a screenshot.

The double touch/tap issue. If the above code is present, we have to click twice on links to open.

You said if you remove the code, the Touch/Tap twice issue is fine.
But if remove it, there is anther social icons issue. I’ll try to help you solve this social icons issue. I want to know what is it, I don’t know only from your words, better paste a screenshot.
