iOS / iPAD – Background Image Fixed (in Group) Not showing fullscreen grey box.

The page is displaying correctly on an android phone and on desktop : https://mindsizesports.com/

However, on a tablet the Background Image Fixed doesn’t display and image, just a full screen grey box.

“Hide for Mobile” “ON” does not fix it.

How do I fix or disable this group on tablets?

Hi,

Because the iOS doesn’t support “Background Image Fixed”, so it will be a normal background.
I tested your website on iphone, it is a normal Background Image. I didn’t see the grey box.

If you want to hide the Group on the iOS device, please paste the custom CSS code to “Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS”

Please go to Appearance>Theme Editor, edit the /art-theme/js/custom.theme.js, find line82:
os = 'MacOS';
update to:

if(window.navigator.maxTouchPoints > 1){
 os = 'iOS';
}else{
 os = 'MacOS';
}

Please clean the browser cache to before testing(you could enter the Private mode of Safari to test also).

Ps: we will fix it in next update also. Thanks for reporting.
