Import Demo Data for Art Theme – FAILED

Installing the theme Art was no problem; however, when I got to the point of installing the demo-data (which I looked forward to working with) all I keep getting are errors – I made sure that all plugins were installed and activated prior to doing so. It is quite frustrating after making this expenditure – almost feels like I made a mistake. Please help me out here.

In the instructions, it says to import saved data. This option does not exist. Manual is the only option displayed. Below is a screenshot of what I see.

I am not of the practice of handing out my username and password. My way of being successful in developing a site is purchasing a fully functional theme.

The screenshot of you pasted is not from Art theme, it seems from a plugin, do you install a “import demo data” plugin or other thing? Please deactivate it firstly. Go to “Appearance > Theme Options”

I have made sure that the plugin was deactivated. I went through the process again following your instructional steps 1, 2, 3, etc.

It says that the images imported failed, because the image have been imported. It is not means that demo import filed.
Please check Media > Library if there is images of demo site. should be like:

Please Pages > All pages if there is pages of demo, should be like:

I followed all the instructions but I’m still getting the failed import message, no images in the library, no demo pages.
