I would like to have a refund

I spent few hours creating my theme

I thought it support elementor editor, but this theme use a different editor

Secondly, the theme is broken after few hour layout arrangement (see attached picture)

Third, I cannot go back to previous revision….as it is using an different editor….

It wastes my time! Please refund

I tried to delete the template one by one but no luck.

Due to no revision exists, I cannot get back my deleted group….

Hi,

1, You can install/activate Elementor plugin and use it, it supports Elementor.

2, Please try to stop all other plugins to check again. If it doesn’t work, may I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin(URL / username/password) with picking up “Set as private reply”?

3, Yes, the content of other editor like Elementor cannot edited by our builder, it is the basic rule.

You could choose Elementor or BM Content builder to edit one page, but please don’t edit one page by the both builders(editors).

you try logout and view the page. It is broken again

I checked again, it should be caused by the cache on the server or CDN.
Please go to your website host server cPanel, look for the cache option to flush it.
