i can't edit any page when i use pagebuilder

hi,

when i click on edit and try to edit anything it is not working for me, i had theme v1.2.2, so i updated the theme to current version but it is still not working any advice how to fix this issue.

i even uploaded the plugins from the new version theme but that didn’t help.

i tried to create new page and see if the pagebuilder will or not, and it didn’t work, so is that because of the wordpress is been update?

i upgrade the theme to latest version and that is v.1.3.2, and it is still not working, so the good news i had the backup of my website before wordpress is updated to new version 4.5.1, so i went back to wordpress version 4.4.2 and then i check it everything was fine and working.

You could try to clean the browse cache after updating theme.
But there is not problem on WP 4.4.2, it is not necessary to update to 4.5.1 now.

Hi,

Exactly the same issue here.
When i try to make changes in a page, no elements of the builder appear. The builder area is empty.
The button “classic editor” is active.
So, first, i have to switch on “classic editor” then “switch to page builder” to make elements appear.
Then, when i want to edit an element, nothing happens.

Impossible to do achieve any change into any page…

WP 4.5.2, ZA THEME 1.3.2

Any idea to help, please ?

I already had 1.3.2 installed. I just reinstalled it, but no fix…

The BM PageBuilder need be re-installed by the latest version:

• Please login wp-admin, go to Plugins / Installed plugins , Delete the BM PageBuilder plugin,
• go to themeforest.net download the latest version theme, unzip it, find the /za-theme/functions/plugins/bm-pagebuilder.zip,
• login wp-admin again, go to Plugins / add new, install the bm-pagebuilder.zip file.
