How to stop the jumping down when scrolling

Hi,

Could you please give me advice how to set up my pages so that the automatic jump down from the fullwidth cover image to the next section gets deactivated when scrolling down?

The jump doesn’t appear in the mobile version…

Please find(Appearance > Editor) to edit it: /wp-content/themes/art-theme/js/custom.theme.js
remove: themeData.CoverScroll();
