How footer content works

I quite don’t understand how footer content works.
On the theme options i can only set specific content for footer elements 1 to 3.
But what i would like to do is to be able to insert specific content on the footer, such as fixed text, or twitter feed, os post list etc etc.

So, from what i understand i can set this into footer widget, which i did.

What i don’t understand is how to use the footer widgets on the website. I have enabled the footer widget on theme options page, but on that page i can only set one single widget.
What if i need 3 widgets on all the pages? How do i set those up?

Hi,

If you use foot widget in “Page“, edit this page, enable “footer widget” in page option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s22ifvew5d4ni7g/QQ20160423-2.jpg?dl=0 , choose a widget(e.g. Foot 1 for post/page)

Go to Appearance / Widgets, edit the “Foot 1 for post/page”: https://www.dropbox.com/s/o2r58f65owfucdq/QQ20160423-1.jpg?dl=0

i understand this but what if i want to have 3 different footer widgets on the entire site, each on 1/3 of column?
the explanation you gave me does not solve what i asked.
is it possibile to do what i asked?

Yes. If you put 2, each on 1/2.

The “footer widget” in Theme Option is for all “Posts“ only (not for all pages). You could set footer widget for each “Page” in Page Option of each “Page”.

Where is it?? I don’t see this page option in any of my page… I want to display footer widget in my “pages” as well. (Yes, I have footer widget in my “posts”.

Hi,
In AIR theme,
There is NOT the Foot widget for “Page”, it is for single post only.

It needs to change the PHP file(template/global/footer-widget.php) in theme folder.
